I don't live in Republic of Ireland can I still join the Ecademy?

This branch of the Ecademy is for people who live and work in Republic of Ireland only. Please visit www.grundfos.com to get of your local sales company who will be able to advise if there is an Ecademy available in your country.

I already have a login for the old Ecademy do I need to re-register?

Yes you will need to re-register for the new ecademy.

I have a Product Center login do I need register for the Ecademy?

If you already have a Product Center login you can use this username and password to also login into the Ecademy.

I have a Grundfos Installer Companion App login do I need register for the Ecademy?

If you already have a Installer Companion App login you can use this username and password to also login into the Ecademy.

How do I contact Grundfos Ecademy admistration?

You already have Grundfos account message

Grundfos operate a single signup for a number of different platforms i.e. Product Center, so if you have already registered with us please use that sign in for the Ecademy.

Change your email address

Unfortunately you’re not able to change your email address as the system uses this for vaildation purposes.

Update your name

  1. Click on Your Profile in the right corner of the menu bar
  2. Click edit next to Name in the middle row of Your Profile Data
  3. Type your first name and last name
  4. Click update

Recover a lost or forgotten password

How to change your password while logged in:

  1. Click on Your Profile in the right corner of the menu bar
  2. Click change next to Password in the middle row of Your Profile Data
  3. Enter your email and you’ll get an email with a link to renew your password

How to reset your password:

  1. Click on the Login button on the frontpage
  2. Choose Renew Password
  3. Enter your email address and you’ll get an email with a link to reset your password

Update your mobile number

  1. Click on Your Profile in the right corner of the menu bar
  2. Click edit next to Phone (mobile) in the middle row of Your Profile Data
  3. Type your phone number
  4. Click update

Update your company information

  1. Click on Your Profile in the right corner of the menu bar
  2. Click edit next to Company Information in the right row of Your Profile Data
  3. Type in your company information
  4. Click update

How to change my role

You can always change your role.

  1. Click on Your Profile in the right corner of the menu bar
  2. Click change in the lower left corner under Ecademy role
  3. Choose your desired role
  4. Click update
